Unsatisfied with your product, we are here to help!


  • You have 21 calendar days to return your item(s) from the date you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and due to the nature of our products, unopened. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

  • Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


  • Once we have received your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund with your credit card or original form of payment. You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, typically designated by your financial institution. 

  • No refunds are rendered on undeliverable packages. 


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returned shipping will be deducted from your refund.
