NOT’s MVP(Moist Vagina Please.)

It‘s no wonder what all the hype is about! Megan Thee Station and Cardi B recently released a song entitled WAP they has had women bragging about their juicy vagina.... but is it really???

A healthy vagina is a heavily moisturized vagina. First off you need to understand what gives the vagina it’s moisture. ESTROGEN! Estrogen is the primary female sex hormone and it helps to regulate the menstrual cycle. It also manages your reproductive system and believe it or not, helps your skin heal from bruises. Fun fact: men also produce the hormone estrogen.... but the levels aren’t as high as they are in women.

As you can see, estrogen in women’s bodies play a major role. The levels of estrogen decrease for various reasons, some reasons include: drinking caffeinated drinks or alcohol, using scented soaps, scented feminine hygiene products or feminine hygiene products with toxins, and even high levels of stress are some to name. When estrogen levels are low, so is moisture, leaving you with a very dry vagina.

Besides refraining from the above uses, there are other ways to ensure a healthy and moist MVP. Eating foods such as: sweet potatoes, apples, cranberries, and my favorite, Avocados! Studies also show that adding foods rich in soy, flaxseed and Vitamin E may help restore estrogen to your system, which in turn will increase vaginal moisture. There are also naturally lubricants that can be used and one on them is The Honey Pot Brand Vulva Cream which is available for purchase on the site.

There is a saying that goes, “You are what you eat”!.... this is true and also applies to your vagina. Feed your vagina the good stuff for the perfect MVP!
